At PrettyLittlePastelUK, all products are made to order through our fulfilment partner Printful. Because items are custom printed specifically for each order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different colour, design, or style

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Items usually do not need to be returned in order to process a claim.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
