Custom animal designs, made just for you
Have a favourite animal or a design idea of your own? At PrettyLittlePastelUK, a zookeeper creates hand-drawn animal designs around your ideas. Start here with a design featuring 1–6 animals.
How custom orders work
- Step 1: Pay for your custom design. Choose and purchase the 1–6 animal custom design option on this page. This is the design fee only; it does not include the price of any merch.
- Submit your design request. After paying the design fee, fill in our design request form with your idea, animal choices and any reference photos.
- Approve your design. We’ll send you mockups for approval within 7 business days.
- Step 2: Buy your merch separately. Once your design is approved, your custom merch will be uploaded to Step 2 Custom product listings. Choose and pay for the products you want there; we’ll then create and ship them.
More than 6 animals? Please message us through our website contact form so we can discuss what’s possible and arrange a custom invoice.
Changes to an existing design are separate: Text additions or changes and background colour changes are free when requested before purchasing an existing product. Contact us with the changes you’d like before placing that order, as background colours cannot be changed afterwards.
If you cannot use the Google form, contact us through our website contact form, Instagram or Facebook.
Custom order notice: By purchasing a custom item, you agree to our Custom Terms and Conditions. Please provide personalisation details correctly. If we cannot obtain the required information after reasonable attempts to contact you, we may cancel or refund the custom portion of your order.
