Order Processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Once an order is placed, it enters production before being shipped. Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Please note that production times may increase during busy periods such as holidays, sales events, or peak shopping seasons.


Shipping Times

After production is complete, orders are shipped using third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United Kingdom: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: approximately 3–10 business days

  • International: approximately 5–20 business days

These delivery estimates are guidelines only and may vary depending on courier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the number of items in your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced in different facilities or when certain products require different production methods.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking details for each package.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
