About This Whole Thing

Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a zookeeper who got fed up with terrible zoo merch in 2020 and decided to fix it myself.

Turns out when you spend your days shovelling poop and dodging aggressive geese, you develop opinions about how animals should be represented. The species I loved never got the respect they deserved on merch. It was all wrong. So here we are.

Every design is hand-drawn by me, usually inspired by something ridiculous that happened at work or a story from my equally feral co-workers. These are the animals as they actually are—chaotic, weird, and perfect.
